In ordering products through GrandmasCountryFoods.com, you agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement. Grandma's Country Foods reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time, and modifications will be effective immediately after posting.

When an order is completed there may be errors due to bugs in the website software. If such a problem occurs you have the option to cancel your order. Whether the error is in your favor or that of Grandma's Country, if a mutual agreement cannot be reached the order will automatically be deemed null and void.
2. User’s Agreement
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and posses the legal right to enter in this agreement. You also agree to be financially responsible for all charges resulting from your purchase of products through Food for Health International.
3. Privacy and Security Policy
Grandma's Country Foods are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We use the information (name, address, email, payment) we collect from you in processing and fulfilling orders. When you place orders, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all the information you input before it is sent. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our privacy policy, please call or use our contact form.
4. Changes/Updates
To make any changes to your personal information, including address, phone number, or payment method, please submit your changes in writing to Grandma's Country Foods on our contact page.
5. Monthly auto-ships
Monthly auto-ships are not an option at this point but may be a part of our web service in the future.
6. Shipping
Grandma's Country Foods will ship orders as soon as picking is complete. (Please be advised that orders placed after 3:00 pm MST cannot be shipped until the following business day). All orders placed after 3:00 pm MST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
7. Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel an order anytime up to the time of shipment without any penalty. Orders that are shipped may be refused but you will be charged a 5% restocking fee. Orders you take possession of and return unopened may incur a 15% restocking fee if no agreement to the contrary was made before hand. At this time an order maybe cancelled online via your login by deleting the contents of the order and during the revised checkout you may note any other instructions in the notes section under shipping instructions.
7.1 One time purchase
Most orders fall under the category of a one time purchase.
7.2 Monthly auto-ship
Grandma's Country Foods does not at this time have an auto-ship program. Our case-a-month program is not currently an auto-ship program.
8. Return Policy
Orders may be returned unopened, however, a restocking fee may apply, see section 7 Cancellation Policy. All returns must be marked with a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) issued by an authorized officer of Grandma's Country or the shipment or delivery will be refused. 9. Waiver release and limitation of liability
You agree that neither Grandma's Country Foods, nor it’s officers, employees, agents, information providers, or suppliers shall have any liability to you under any theory of liability or indemnity in connection with your use of GrandmasCountryFoods.com. You hereby release and waive any and all claims you may have against Grandma's Country Foods, its officers, employees, agents, information providers or suppliers for losses or damages you sustain in total liability of Grandma's Country Foods. Notwithstanding the foregoing paragraph, the total liability of Grandma's Country Foods, its officers, employees, or damages shall not exceed the fees paid by the user for the particular information or products provided. All other damages, direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive arising from any use of the website are herby excluded even if Grandma's Country Foods its officers, employees, agents, information providers or suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Under no circumstances shall Grandma's Country Foods be liable to your or anyone else for any damages other than direct damages, including without limitation, any liability for consequential, special, incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary, or other damages of any kind (including lost revenues or profits, loss of business or loss of data) even if we are advised beforehand of the possibility of such damages. You agree that the liability of Grandma's Country Foods, if any, arising out of any kind of legal claim in any way arising out of or otherwise related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to the service for use of the service. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, some of these limitations may not apply to you.
